The successful Corporate Recruiter works in a fast paced environment and is cooperative, enthusiastic team player, optimistic, meets new people easily, dependable, consistent, patient, diligent, attentive to details and is self-disciplined. The Corporate Recruiter will work in an office environment and will occasionally travel to attend career fairs and conferences. Evenings, weekends and holidays as required. PREREQUISITES
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, career pages and job postings
  • Experience managing applicant tracking systems
  • Experience scheduling interviews, screening applicants, and assisting with recruiting efforts
  • Experience with social media marketing
  • Valid California drivers license
 
JOB DUTIES
  • Source top talent online
  • Travel to attend conferences and seminars
  • Meet weekly with company leadership to review candidates and targets
  • Create frequent social media posts
  • Provide coordination between hiring managers and HR
  • Update internal applicant tracking systems
  • Schedule interviews and travel for candidates
  • Schedule and attend job fairs across the US as required with a focus on universities within California
  • Develop relationships with schools known for engineering and automation programs
