Valid California driver’s license.
Experience building custom industrial electrical enclosures a plus but not required.
JOB DUTIES AND EQUIPMENT USE
Use basic hand tools as required for an Electrician. Use basic shop power tools (hand drill, cutoff saw, grinder, plasma cutter, overhead hoist, etc.).
Knowledgeable about safety requirements.
Maintain quality control of all control panels to ensure that they are manufactured properly.
Build control panels to the design in the customer drawings, company drawings. Use corporate/client drawing standards as guidelines.
Test completed control panels for proper operation and to ensure 100% accuracy in control panel wiring.
Assist Controls Engineer, Production Supervisor, or Clients during the Control Panel(s) FAT.
Provide post FAT “red lined” drawings and other documents to Controls Engineer, Production Supervisor or Draftsman for “as-builts”.
Assist Controls Engineer, Production Supervisor or Manufacturing Manager in the preparation and shipment of completed control panels.
